Arnaldo de Felice, the foremost Italian Oboist and composer has joined the 2013 edition of the Casalmaggiore Festival. He is the Principal Oboist with the Arturo Toscanini Orchestra in Parma and is Professor of Oboe at the Music Conservatory “C. Monteverdi” in Bolzano.
