Kathryn (Kate) Gray is an eighteen-year-old Canadian pianist who recently completed the first year of her undergraduate degree in music education at Brandon University. After the completion of this degree, she hopes to work as a choral teacher in a high school. This is Kate’s eighth year playing piano, and she currently enjoys the instruction of Professor Megumi Masaki. She is interested in a wide variety of repertoire from early Baroque to contemporary music, and is particularly fond of dramatic works. Kate frequently participates in many local festivals, including the Brandon Festival of the Arts, Regina Music Festival, and Contemporary Showcase (Regina).
