Venues

Mantua

Mantua is the capital of one of the most important Italian kingdoms between the 14th and the 17th centuries. Claudio Monteverdi lived at the court of the Dukes of Mantua and performed for them in the the Palazzo Ducale, an absolute masterpiece of the Italian Renaissance. Our concerts will take place there in the Sala di Manto, one of the most beautiful concert halls in Italy.


Sabbioneta

Sabbioneta is a pearl of the Italian Renaissance, built by the Dukes of Mantua as the "Ideal Town". Our concerts will take place in the "Teatro all'Antica"- the oldest opera house remaining in the world, dated 1590.


Cremona

Claudio Monteverdi's and Antonius Stradivarius' were born in Cremona, and is renowned for it's violin makers. Our concerts will take place in the Concert Hall of the Chamber of Commerce.


Cella Dati

Cella Dati is a small village with a magnificent, 18th century villa, where our concerts will take place.


Castle of San Lorenzo Picenardi

A 19th century country mansion, built as a medieval castle.


Casalmaggiore

Opera house. Dated 1782.

Concert hall. It is located in a 18th century building.

Cappella di Santa Chiara. This is the chapel of the former convent (17th century) in the same building where students and faculty are accommodated. The chapel still contains a large section of the original medieval mural paintings.
