The selection committee, headed by Professor Anne Shih, will choose 55 outstanding students for 2013.
Pedagogy Course
In addition 2013 will see the first year of a new mentoring program for our young masters and juniors. 15 students will be selected to work intensively with our young masters, chosen from the 55 outstanding young participants, on all aspects of technique, musicianship and will be advised on personal and career development choices. Each of these 15 juniors will also be invited to play in special masterclasses on pedagogy given by our faculty and given the opportunity to perform in a final concert. Juniors can elect to work just with one of the young masters and attend the special pedagogy classes given by our distinguished faculty for a reduced fee of 950 EUR.
Our young masters are amongst the most outstanding new classical talents in the world. In years to come you will start recognising their names when they appear on stages the world over. Some of the students already enjoy a great deal of success and you can see/hear some of their performances via the Students section of the site.
